Hi, I’m Sharleene.

My mission is to coach 1,000 amazing women, just like YOU.

I coach female professionals who are looking to to build a solid foundation for their  life and their leadership journey.

My philosophy is simple: Connect inwards. Make action taking easy. Live Your Purpose.  

My coaching helps women to:

• cultivate their purpose
• ‘do good’ in the world
• develop their presence and shine at work
• invest in their gifts and grow their realm of genius
• have great sense of fulfilment in their lives or relationships

Through the power of coaching, I cultivated my purpose and went on to achieve a BA, MA, Ph.D., and eventually onto to Yale University to study leadership.I  started coaching to give back in 2005 in local schools and qualified as a coach in 2008.

I completed further  coach training at Robbins-Madanes Training under my teachers Tony Robbins and  Cloe Madanes in 2013. I also went to the USA  and trained  under Magali  and Mark Peysha.

I have been a nominee and finalist for a national leadership award twice in a row (2016 and 2017). I won the award in 2017.

I sit on a number of boards. I am a member of the UN Women UK National Committee. I was one of eight global advisors to the Yale School of Management Visiting Women’s Exchange Programme. I am a Non-Executive Director and sit on the boards of a female-run social enterprises.
